Creation of the digital platform
The digital platform will simplify the acquisition of this information and its management.
The objective of the project, supported by funding from the RIle-de-France region, is to design, develop and operate a digital platform centralizing the orders circulation and parking, for the delivery of goods, throughout the territory of the Ile-de-France.
The companies MCLedger, Logicités and ELV Mobilités are the winners of the Call for Expression of Interest Freight and Logistics 2020 of the Ile-de-France Region.
BAC IDF facilitates access to regulatory information to optimize delivery flows of goods:
1 – by providing an exhaustive database of traffic orders and delivery areas in Île-de-France
2– in pallowing a simplification and/or standardization of these decrees.
Web application accessible from all computer media: tablet, smartphone, desktop
The digital platform will simplify the acquisition of this information and its management.
Users (carriers, wholesalers, etc.) access the database of decrees – these consultations allow them to better understand the regulations in place and therefore better anticipate them – which opens the way to optimizations.
All players in the delivery of goods in town: transporters, wholesalers, etc. will be able to access data from the B.A.C. IDF freely and in real time.
The BAC IDF web application, the participating municipalities file and enter their traffic and parking orders to feed the database.
B.A.C. IDF is a project funded at 50% by the Région Île-de-France
MCLedger, Logicités and ELV Mobilités have been chosen to design, develop and operate the digital platform centralizing traffic and parking goods orders in the Île-de-France region.
The project aims, using the resources of the Logistics Factory created by ADEME, to design the system from the outset as a "common", c i.e. an open and accessible resource likely to be deployed in France.
